About this Role:
The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead technical teams, comprising architects, developers, QA professionals, and business analysts to achieve project objectives.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
3. Maintain project progress using Agile metrics like burndown charts and velocity tracking.
4. Analyze potential risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration is required.
* At least 8 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in Agile Scrum environments, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
