Infrastructure Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 2 support for cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
* Assist customers with product-related queries and provide timely solutions.
* Offer technical support to internal users, escalating complex issues as necessary.
* Create Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for resources provisioned through catalogues.
* Monitor and manage cloud resources, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements and Qualifications
* English language proficiency at an advanced level.
* Experience working with cloud technologies, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
* Knowledge of application deployment, management, and support in IaaS and PaaS landscapes.
* Familiarity with scripting languages and automation techniques.
* Strong understanding of infrastructure as code and DevOps principles.
* Operating system foundation: Linux & Windows.
* Ability to manage multi-tenant production environments.
* Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, and other related experience.
* DevOps concepts and containerization skills.
* Experience with multicloud infrastructure.
