Quality Assurance Specialist
We're seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Specialist to contribute to the success of our organization. As a key member of the QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our software solutions.
* Develop test cases, test scenarios, and other project documentation
* Review and analyze various project documents, including requirements, use cases, and design specs
* Perform expert reviews of test documentation
* Prepare test data
* Identify test data for auto tests
* Perform expert reviews of prepared test data
* Conduct testing, including regression tests, of solutions and their accompanying documentation
* Participate in Bug/Change Management: create new bug/change issues, support existing ones
* Coordinate with developers, engineers, and business analysts on all issues that need clarification
* Coordinate quality issues with other departments
* Report progress to QA Lead daily
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in software testing, including scripting and execution
* Willingness for self-development in Software Quality Assurance domain
* Experience in direct work with clients on projects
* Excellent knowledge of software testing methods and technologies, experience in using them
* Knowledge of specific software and tools (JIRA)
* Ability to communicate with customers on QA issues
* Strong knowledge in Telecom domain
* Experience with test automation
* Basic SQL knowledge, understanding of basic Java principles
* Fluent English and Portuguese
