Job Title: Microsoft Teams Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Teams Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Microsoft Teams Specialist, you will be responsible for administering and optimizing Microsoft Teams, including channels, policies, integrations, and APIs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate processes, recommend engineering improvements, monitor alerts, analyze root causes, and implement solutions. Your expertise in PowerShell, MS Graph, and application management in Teams will be essential in driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and optimize Microsoft Teams, including channels, policies, integrations, and APIs.
* Automate processes and recommend engineering improvements.
* Monitor alerts, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
* Work with PowerShell, MS Graph, and application management in Teams.
* Test new features and implement changes securely.
Requirements:
* Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, M365, and integrations.
* Proficiency in PowerShell/MS Graph.
* Experience managing applications, APIs, and automation.
* Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and service improvement.
* Fluent in English.
