The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing Salesforce solutions utilizing OmniStudio tools such as OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures and FlexCards to build dynamic, customer-centric applications.
They will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical designs. The developer will create technical specifications and designs for OmniStudio components that align with project objectives and Salesforce best practices.
Customizing and configuring the Salesforce platform using declarative tools will meet business needs, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable. They will write clean, efficient and well-documented code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and other Salesforce technologies as needed.
Implementing integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions is a key requirement. Developers will develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit tests, integration tests and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the solutions.
Deploying solutions using tools like Salesforce DX, change sets or version control systems will ensure smooth transitions from development to production environments. Additionally, they will provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.
Monitoring and optimizing the performance of OmniStudio solutions within Salesforce governor limits is also crucial. Lastly, developers will work closely with project managers, other developers and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
