We're seeking a seasoned Service Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of our enterprise support and consulting services. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in service delivery, managed services, IT operations, or enterprise support.
About the Role
* Maintain on-call coverage and ensure critical skills are available when needed.
* Develop and implement incident management processes for external customers.
* Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and triage guides for SRE engineers.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with incident management, ITSM practices (incident/problem/change), ideally in an ITIL-inspired environment. Experience with creating or improving SOPs/runbooks is also required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mainitain configuration information for customer systems
2. Audit SLA performance metrics regularly
