Job Title: Scrum Master
Salesforce Commerce Cloud is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional teams. This role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate has strong eCommerce domain expertise and can effectively coach teams. Required experience includes 8+ years in Agile delivery, 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams, and hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or comparable platforms.
