About the Role
Our organization is seeking experienced professionals to fill the role of Senior IT Technical Recruiter. This position is based in Latin America and will involve sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
* Develop strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using innovative sourcing strategies.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
Requirements
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
* Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
* Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
* Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
