Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficienciesRaises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resourcesParticipate in the S&OP process to gain agreement on consensus demand and resulting supply planLeverage Supply Chain planning system of record for collaborative inventory and replenishment planningDerive, maintain, and leverage planning reference data including lead time, safety stock, and reorder pointsCollaborate with product and regional managers and service owners to ensure supply positioning that supports new product/service introductionsReduce infrastructure obsolescence costRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaStrong knowledge and demonstrated experience of Supply Chain and Planning (demand and supply)Strong knowledge and experience with Lean methodologiesAbility to influence and lead cross-functional teams, drive processes and solve problems from an initially ambiguous stateStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and presentation skills necessary for various audiences including executive managementProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
