We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technology leader to spearhead our blockchain engineering efforts.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in blockchain technologies, including Ethereum and other blockchains, as well as experience in modern software development practices such as infrastructure as code, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and microservice architecture.
This role involves leading, coaching, and mentoring engineers across multiple technical domains. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement, while supporting the growth and development of their team members.
* Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
* Work closely with the CTO and Product Manager to develop and execute product roadmaps.
* Manage delivery timelines, resources, and technical dependencies to ensure timely releases.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development process, including planning, design, implementation, and deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and deliver results-driven outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You should also have 7+ years of software development experience, including 6+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.
