The Role:
We have partnered with a global FMCG powerhouse which has a reputation for innovation and development. As part of this contract we are looking for a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. What You’ll Do:
* Manage autonomously the different talent acquisition solutions to source, engage, attract, and secure the right talent for the organization within a highly scientific environment
* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, execute effective sourcing, engagement, screening, and behavioural-based interviews that deliver a diverse range of candidates and provide an outstanding candidate experience
* Possess strong ability to screen, assess, interview, and build relationships within different talent communities in a timely and professional manner
* Build and maintain market intelligence and a network of talent and potential candidates through previous experience, pro-active research, and ongoing relationships; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate manager requirements through high interview-to-offer ratios
* Display confidence to work with metrics and reporting to establish recruitment updates and insight to ensure hiring is effective and can clearly demonstrate successes versus areas of focus
* Generate and recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the enhancement of hiring processes, implementing changes and new procedures, and fine-tuning standard recruiting processes that fit within the client’s mission
* Contribute to or lead projects designed to implement change initiatives and enhance delivery
* Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, formal tracking, and reporting results
* Promote continuous improvement of talent acquisition methods and processes
What we are looking for:
* Passion for talent acquisition with an extensive track record of recruiting hard to fill roles
* Expert understanding of talent networks and recruitment landscapes in Brazil and South America
* Ability to execute sourcing activities, including but not limited to employer brand promotion, talent engagement and attraction, supporting events and meet-ups, and quality candidate pipeline generation with a significant proportion of direct and passive sourcing
