Project Integration Expert
The role of a Project Integration Expert involves overseeing the integration and coordination of various IT projects, ensuring that all components are aligned, executed efficiently, and meet strategic objectives.
1. Main Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Technical Consulting: Act as a technical lead to ensure project implementations align with architectural design, guiding cross-functional teams, and fostering communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
* End-to-End Solution Design: Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans for IT projects, assessing compatibility and interoperability of different systems and technologies through thorough testing and evaluation.
* Project and Resource Management: Plan and manage timelines and deliverables of integration projects, allocating and managing resources effectively, including budgeting and staffing, monitoring project progress and performance, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
* Technology Selection and Validation: Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for new integration projects to determine best approach and resources needed, staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends.
* Risk Management: Identify and resolve integration issues and technical challenges through troubleshooting and collaboration with technical teams, conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
* Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout integration process.
* Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including integration plans, status reports, and risk assessments, driving continuous improvement in integration processes and methodologies by analyzing project results and implementing feedback.
2. Essential Requirements (Hard Skills):
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, integration, or related field.
* Systems Integration: Experience with variety of integration tools and platforms, configuring and maintaining them, and designing integrations between data systems and other enterprise platforms.
* Architecture: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and software development, experience with software architecture design, including microservices, SOA, and cloud-based architectures.
* Systems and Tools: Use of integration tools and platforms, implementation and management of systems to track and report metrics of integration projects, including configuration of dashboards and monitoring tools.
