Achieve extraordinary things when you join our team, and make a difference in your professional development, the community, and around the globe Primary Purpose of this Position: Manager the Pricing activity and process for the American customers of the Aerosol Division in order to contribute to EVA optimization. Essential Responsible Areas: Pricing activity and process for the American customers of the Aerosol Division: Work with the commercial team the development and the implementation of quotations & price proposals for Americas customers; Support commercial team in the negotiations of terms and conditions on contracts; Develop pricing proposals in response to customers requests for quotes, taking into consideration market conditions, competitor positions, plant needs and mix as well as current and future strategy needs; Develop and maintain integrity and accuracy of costing data, as well as related R&D and production information as appropriate; Implement the pricing procedures & policies related to the American customers; Oversee price list creation & updates for the key accounts to ensure all details of price, contract terms & processesare properly included and in line with policy and customer contract/agreement; Implement contractual pricing terms & processes, including where appropriate, overseeing stocking credit and credit memo approvals, hedging reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and audit compliance, and ensuring additional costs occurred are passed through to the customer; Oversee and standardize the metal hedging process and reconciliation for the American customers. Be an active player in the pricing analysis and reporting related to customer, product & financial to support the American sales team and VP Sales in regards to strategic and operational decisions. Participate actively with control of Americas Pricing Analyst in the pricing annual budget and quarterly forecast relating to the key accounts. Participate actively in projects such as implementation of CPQ in the Americas region. Support & implement initiatives to standardize, simplify, speed up & improve accuracy of pricing activities across the division and actively participate in the implementations of improvement projects. Professional & Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Background in Commercial Finance, Cost Accounting, or Supply Chain. Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel. Knowledge of cost/price practices and analysis. Ideally, knowledge of data management techniques. Experience with JDE/SAP is a plus.
