Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our small but elite remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual who wants ownership, impact, and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of high-quality, scalable web applications using TypeScript + Next.js
* Drive architectural decisions and shape technical direction
* Collaborate closely with product and design to ship meaningful features fast
* Mentor junior/intermediate engineers and raise the bar on code quality
* Build integrations with cloud infrastructure, credit, income, and valuation vendors
* Optimize performance, scalability, and security across the stack
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years building and scaling web applications
* Expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and React
* Strong experience with MongoDB, Redis, Docker
* Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers
* Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote and autonomous environment
Bonus Skills
If you have experience with the following tools, it's a plus:
* Zod, tRPC, Prisma, Jest/Playwright, BullMQ
* Fintech/lending background
