* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
* Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles
* Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals
* Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
* Build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems is required.
