This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful rollout of new features and products. Initially focused on manual Quality Assurance, this position will ensure that all aspects of the product meet our high standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Execute manual testing for new features, workflows, and integrations (e.g., BI tools like SiSense).
* Identify, document, and help resolve bugs and usability issues.
* Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure timely fixes and improvements.
* Create and maintain clear test cases and documentation.
* Learn and understand real estate and mortgage workflows to validate real-world scenarios.
* Provide occasional feedback on product usability from a customer perspective.
**Requirements and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in manual QA testing.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment with U.S. time zone availability.
* Prior experience with SaaS platforms or tech solutions in real estate.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly.
* Willingness to learn about the U.S. real estate industry.
* Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken) is a must.
