The Global Information Technology team plays a strategic role in driving technology and digital transformation across the company. The Data and AI team is responsible fordesign, deliver, and evolve technology solutions to improve data usage and drive long-term business results.
This role in summary
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Data & Analytics Senior Manager to lead and oversee our Data & AI area. This role will manage the teams responsible for IT competencies under Data Visualization & Reporting, Data Delivery & Management and Data Science & Engineering & AI
The ideal candidate will have a strong Data & Analytics background with a proven track record of leading diverse teams to achieve strategic objectives. Experience with design and delivery of solutions using Artificial Intelligence is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to navigate in a multicultural environment.
Your responsibilities will include
Leadership and Management
Lead and manage technical teams across Data Visualization & Reporting, Data Delivery & Management, and Data Science & Engineering IT capabilities.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.
Manage stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels.
Oversee budget, vendor management, and business case elaboration.
Drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects.
Develop team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
Data Governance
Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance standards and best practices.
Data Science & Engineering
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data science, machine learning, and AI Products.
Lead data analytics and data science teams to derive actionable insights from data.
Implement advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence solutions to support business decision-making.
Data Analytics and Data Culture
Promote a data-driven culture across the organization, encouraging data literacy and the use of data in decision-making.
Develop training programs and initiatives to enhance data skills and knowledge.
Drive and influence the BI Community.
Build and influence an AI Community.
Data Platform and Data Architecture
Oversee the development and maintenance of the data platform, ensuring it supports data integration, storage, and analysis needs.
Ensure the data platform is scalable, reliable, and secure.
Define the data architecture approach for solutions.
Create and evolve Monitoring & Alerts (Observability).
Manage costs (FinOps).
Minimum requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and data management roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Proven experience in data governance, data analytics, data science & AI, and data platform management
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Stakeholder engagement and management
Proficiency in cloud computing, big data technologies, and advanced analytics tools.
Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects.
Budget management, vendor management and business case elaboration
Experience with design and delivery of solutions using Artificial Intelligence.
Data Products management
Data Lake technologies
English (fluent).
Preferred skills and experiences
Background in manufacturing and retailer companies
Experience in Google platforms and Tableau
