The role involves identifying and engaging with talented engineers who are suitable for relocation to Sweden, as well as communicating the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
Responsibilities include:
 * Sourcing and engaging IT engineers for relocation to Sweden.
 
 * Planning and executing recruitment activities with colleagues in multiple countries.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
 * At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience.
 * A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
 * Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
 * High quality and brand awareness.
 * Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
 * Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
 * Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
 * Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.
