As we continue to grow sustainably, a new position has arisen for a **Senior UIUX Designer**reporting directly to the Lead UIUX.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Research, design and refine user experiences within specified product requirements
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
- Develop high-level mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
- Attending sprint meetings and obtaining feedback from the team
- Working with the product owner to refine initial designs based on feedback gathered
- Analyse the usability of existing products and provide suggestions for change
- Be responsible for advocating for users in a fast-paced business environment
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Collaborate with other designers to evangelize new interface guidelines and design patterns
**Experience & Education Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
- Be able to create beautiful UI designs
- Have good experience designing mobile-first apps
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI, experience with pixel-perfect UI and web and mobile design.
- Proficiency with design tools & technologies (Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Invision etc.)
- Usability testing experience is considered an asset
- Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
**Skills Requirements**
- Working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.
- An inclination for open-minded, critical thinking to solve challenging interfaces
- Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills.
- Strong team orientation and collaborative nature.

- Ability to clearly express him/herself both in person and in writing
- Fluency in presenting ideas and work
**Nice to have**
- Good knowledge of HCD/UX principles
- Experience using tools such as Lottie, Animation and Detailed Prototyping software
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Have worked in an Agile environment
