About the Role
* Key Responsibilities:
Our business relies on building strong relationships with our existing clients, encompassing API Wholesale Online, API Retail Offline and WebShopping Account within a designated territory. To this end, we require an individual to develop and implement strategic account plans designed to achieve sales targets, facilitate account growth, and identify novel business opportunities.
One of your primary objectives will be to acquire new key accounts within the assigned territory. This involves conducting regular business reviews with clients to gauge their requirements, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
An additional responsibility will be to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts in order to maximize revenue generation. You will also be required to prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
To further contribute to the success of our business, you will work closely with product development teams to provide valuable feedback and insights from clients, ultimately contributing to the creation of new products or services.
Lastly, it is essential that you remain up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
