Business Analysis Specialist Opportunity
This role presents an exciting chance to contribute as a Business Analysis Specialist, working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Elicitation and analysis of business requirements, along with the documentation of process improvements.
* Supporting the definition of acceptance criteria and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Developing, executing, and maintaining test cases and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
* Identifying and documenting defects, collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
* Providing support for training and communication efforts related to new or updated ServiceNow functionality.
* Maintaining clear and concise documentation for both business requirements and testing activities.
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of combined business analysis and quality assurance experience with ServiceNow.
* Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) and/or other tools for test automation.
* Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and business analysis best practices.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is highly valued.
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is considered an asset.
