Responsibilities
1. Scout and assess opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals in different countries.
2. Support the preparation of proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation.
3. Create and tailor project references and CVs to meet tender requirements.
4. Collaborate with team members to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will possess:
* A strong proficiency in Portuguese, along with business-level German and English language skills.
* Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications, particularly Excel and Teams.
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
* Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.
* A keen interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects.
