Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in growth deliverables and day-to-day work for our US Operations Cities
2. Automate processes to enhance efficiency in growth and portfolio changes
3. Analyze data to create reports that communicate trends, patterns, and predictions to the leadership team
4. Standardize ways of working across markets to improve timeliness and execution on furnishings and move-outs
5. Perform audits and improve data metrics for guests and internal teams, ensuring timely data collection
6. Enter unit/building/process information accurately and clearly for other teams
7. Collaborate with operational team members and organizational leaders to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements
8. Communicate with vendors as needed to support OPS/CX operations
9. Provide administrative support for onboarding and move-out tasks in US cities
10. Set up utilities and telecommunications for new units, including creating online portals and setting up payments
11. Complete package setups for new units and cancel utility/telecommunication accounts for move-outs
12. Schedule furnishing and onboarding tasks and move-outs with vendors and buildings
13. Track disposal and data related to move-outs
14. Support ad-hoc projects for Central Operations, OPS local team, and finance/accounting
