**Job Description:**
The Account Manager plays a crucial role in shaping the success of our clients' public relations campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with client goals.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication to ensure their satisfaction.
3. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and understanding through proactive communication.
4. Conduct thorough research to identify targeted media opportunities, building and updating lists to maximize exposure.
5. Secure and filter media opportunities, responding promptly to ensure timely coverage.
6. Coordinate logistics for media interviews, ensuring seamless execution.
7. Follow up with media contacts to confirm placements and coverage timelines.
8. Monitor coverage through Google Alerts, tracking mentions or product features.
9. Facilitate writing projects with the team to align with client objectives and deliverables.
10. Stay ahead of news trends, identifying timely angles for client exposure.
11. Provide regular updates to clients, maintaining consistent communication throughout the campaign.
12. Prepare and distribute biweekly and monthly reports, showcasing campaign progress and achievements.
13. Maintain accurate documentation of all PR activities and client deliverables.
Requirements:
* 40 hours plus per week to meet client demands.
* Proven experience or education in public relations or a related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in Google Suite, Gmail, and media monitoring tools.
* Creative and strategic thinking, with a proactive mindset.
