What you need to have
* College degree in IT Engineering or similar areas;
* +5 years of relevant professional experience in backend development;
* Strong experience with C# and .NET Core;
* Solid knowledge of RESTful API design and development;
* Experience with SQL Server and relational data modeling;
* Experience with Azure services (Functions, App Services, API Management, Service Bus);
* Knowledge of authentication/authorization standards (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect);
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing;
* Excellent English skills (C1/C2);
Nice to have
* Experience integrating with Microsoft Dynamics CE / Dataverse or Workday;
* Familiarity with GraphQL, Node.js, or Python;
* Knowledge of React Native backend patterns;
* Experience in healthcare, staffing, or HRIS/ATS environments;
* Familiarity with SOC2 or HIPAA compliance standards.
