Mosaic Puzzles is a jigsaw puzzle company based in Alpharetta, Georgia. At Mosaic, we design and build unique wooden puzzles where every piece is part of the puzzle's story. We are a fast-paced startup built by ex-Uber and Amazon employees.

Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality, detailed illustrations for our puzzles in a realistic style.
* Work collaboratively with our creative team to develop concepts and ideas.
* Meet production targets and deadlines while ensuring the illustrations meet our standards for quality and consistency.
* Communication with art and production teams to ensure illustrations are delivered on time and pass our quality checks.
Requirements:
* Must be able to illustrate complex scenes and weave storytelling into the scene portrayed.
* Must be open to detailed feedback and changes during the process.
* Must have excellent attention to detail.
* Must have good organization and time management skills.
* Must be able to work under pressure to reach targets and deadlines.
* Must have good communication skills.
* Must have experience illustrating for other brands and companies.
* Must have immediate availability to start right away.
* Must be familiar with tools such as Photoshop, Procreate, Illustrator, etc.
