**Job Description Summary**: Responsible for defined work or projects with high level complexity. Follows a work plan and meets day-to-day short-term objectives. Has the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
Essential Responsibilities
- Serves as direct liaison to functional process owners in order to translate and prioritize requirements for assigned area project and maintenance work.
- Provide technical directions to functional peers.
- Responsible for translating high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications and if necessary, for managing requests for changes to the specifications.
- Assists the business in determining which requirements can and should be automated and how they are then integrated with other business and technical processes.
- Maintains functional peer relationships and detailed working knowledge of the assigned area’s systems, organization, and business processes.
- Through technical considerations, assist others in the accomplishment to work assignments.
- Provide technical expertise and counsel to management, other organizations, and special projects personnel.
- Direct the preparation of and approve appropriate reports and communicate status and results.
- Identifies multiple solutions & provides in depth scenario analyses. Identifies and explores alternative solutions.
- Serve as a primary interface with internal and external contributing organization relative to technical requirements, directions and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with management in developing technical directions, setting objectives, and setting realistic and challenging goals.
- Implement work activities to meet these plans, monitor progress, and report status.
- Assist in the modification or establishment of operating practices.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experiences in Information tech required.
- Fluency in english.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP HANA would be an added advantage.
- Ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
