About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring ongoing delivery routes and communicating with delivery drivers and shippers over the phone and live chat.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in English and be able to work based on the Eastern US time zone (EST). Additionally, they should have experience in logistics, courier operations, call center, customer support, or account management.
