* Collaborating with the CTO and Product Manager to translate product roadmaps into actionable engineering plans.
* Managing project timelines, resources, and technical dependencies to drive successful outcomes.
* Establishing and enforcing best practices across code quality, smart contract security, and infrastructure reliability.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 7 years of software development experience, including 6+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.
* Familiarity with popular blockchain platforms such as Ethereum is highly desired.
