It Infrastructure Specialist - As a key member of our IT operations, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our IT infrastructure. About the Job:This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced IT professional who can work independently and as part of a team to identify and resolve complex technical issues. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with internal teams, customer teams, and remote technical specialists to achieve our goals. Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide on-site technical support for our IT infrastructure, including hardware troubleshooting and repair. - Maintain and improve our network devices, including switches, routers, and wireless access points. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with VOIP phones, fiber links, and other network connectivity problems. - Assist in the maintenance of our data center infrastructure, including servers, storage devices, and backup systems. Required Skills and Qualifications:- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a managed services provider environment. - Strong knowledge of network devices, including Cisco and Riverbed equipment. - Experience with VOIP phone systems and network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with data center infrastructure management applications and monitoring tools. - Basic knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
