The Challenge Our service team works to provide the best experience for our customers. At Griaule, you will work on large-scale projects whose responsibilities impact the lives of millions of people across the world. You’ll be responsible for applying the site reliability best practices, maintaining the client operation health and experience, bug analysis and reactions, and the development of script based automations to minor requests. You will work on high loads on-premisses, cloud or SaaS systems, running in cluster environments and with database integrations. You’ll focus on the reliability and on customer-tailored needs while working closely with our commercial, product, software engineers and QA teams to deliver high-impact solutions in an agile environment.
