About the Role
This Business Development Specialist opportunity is a chance to be at the forefront of food delivery innovation. We're seeking a talented individual to drive partnerships with restaurants, set up online delivery stores, and provide expert training on managing online business operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, proficiency in using office software, and excellent communication skills. Experience in sales or merchant services, particularly as an Account Manager (AM) or Business Development (BD) professional in e-commerce or food delivery platforms, is highly desirable.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure partnerships with restaurants willing to collaborate through efficient scheduling and in-person visits.
* Assist partner restaurants in setting up online delivery stores and provide training for managing their online business operations.
* Negotiate cooperation agreements and offer professional solutions for merchants' takeout business operations.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with partner restaurants to maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with various departments to resolve daily inquiries.
Preferred Qualifications:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or merchant services, especially as an Account Manager (AM) or Business Development (BD) professional in e-commerce or food delivery platforms.
* Fluency in English, Portuguese (spoken and written).
