Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will support executives by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and performing clerical and administrative tasks. This role involves organizing meetings, maintaining diaries, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
Experience in Diary Management and scheduling
General Clerical Skills, including organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage tasks effectively in a remote, part-time capacity
Proficiency with software tools like Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms is a plus
