We seek a Marketing Project Manager (Social Media & Operations) who dares to think differently and trusts their gut.
You’ll play a key role in crafting ideas that move culture and drive business, blending creativity, media, and AI to make an impact that lasts.
What you’ll do
Project & Workflow Management
* Manage multiple social media and content projects simultaneously
* Build and maintain timelines, trackers, and project statuses
* Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and approvals are met
* Define priorities together with Business Leads
* Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks, proposing solutions proactively
* Oversee projects from briefing to final delivery
Social Media & Content Operations
* Coordinate the production flow of social media content
* Organize briefing processes across Business, Creative, and Content teams
* Manage editorial calendars and publishing schedules
* Support campaigns, Always On initiatives, and real-time content
* Ensure timely delivery across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Stakeholder Management
* Act as the operational point of contact across internal teams
* Support status meetings, weekly check-ins, and reporting routines
* Ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
* Help structure documentation, processes, and ways of working
Processes & Operations
* Improve workflows, templates, and operational processes
* Organize projects using tools like Monday, Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar
* Support the creation of project status reports
* Bring structure and clarity to fast-paced marketing operations
What will help you succeed:
* Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
* Experience with project management in marketing, advertising, or social media
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
* Familiarity with content production and social media workflows
* Experience with project management tools (Monday, Asana, Notion, Trello, etc.)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
