Job Description
Our organization is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) teams. This role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality, predictable delivery across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives
* Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals
* Track sprint health (capacity velocity burndown/burnup) and manage scope
* Identify and remove impediments dependencies environments test data approvals)
