We’re looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our HR team!
As a Global Talent Acquisition Sourcer you will play a crucial role in recruitment research, sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our company's objectives and growth. You will collaborate closely with Department Managers and team members to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to meet those needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Source and recruit for a variety of roles in a fast paced environment
- Utilize cutting-edge social platforms and networks to actively seek out talent that aligns with eTeacher’s needs.
- Craft engaging and dynamic advertisements for both internal and external audiences, showcasing the unique opportunities available at eTeacher.
- Conduct screening interviews, focusing on skills and experiences relevant to the role.
**This is a full time remote position.**

**Requirements**:
- BA in a relevant field.
- Experience in recruiting and sourcing.
- Expertise in creative sourcing across various channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Comeet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Good home office working environment (quiet space, high speed internet connection 100MB, ability to activate webcam at all times, headset)
