Job Description
Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) Governance and Program Management aims to ensure a sound control environment and provide program management for CIB Finance and Risk cross Line of Business (LOB) programs and projects. The team supports initiatives impacting systems from risk management to the general ledger across multiple lines of business within CIB.
This role supports the broad program, project, and process agendas of the CIB Finance and Business Management Global Program Management group, which handles projects related to Finance, Risk, Operational processes, and Regulatory changes across various businesses and functions.
Job Responsibilities
* Consolidate, prioritize, and analyze demands from Finance and Risk, focusing on technology improvements and regulatory requirements.
* Manage a diverse book of work across Latin America and Canada.
* Lead and facilitate effective meetings globally to meet objectives.
* Draft project plans, business requirements, test plans, UAT criteria, and standardized test cases.
* Analyze data to achieve project milestones.
* Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across all CIB lines of business.
* Communicate project status to various teams.
* Partner with technology teams to ensure designs meet business needs.
* Ensure project implementations do not compromise the control framework.
Minimum Qualifications
* 2-4 years of project management experience.
* Attention to detail, independence, prioritization, and self-motivation.
* Strong analytical and data management skills; ability to understand complex workflows.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with senior management.
* Interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing environments.
* English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of Finance, Risk, Operations, Regulatory Reporting, and related areas.
* Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI PMP, Agile, Waterfall).
* Finance background; ability to interact with control and legal teams.
* Knowledge of Financial Products (FX, Derivatives, Fixed Income).
* Spanish proficiency.
