Key Responsibilities.
* Lead and support a team, ensuring engagement, performance, and professional growth
* Act as a main point of contact between internal teams and clients
* Contribute to business development initiatives, including identifying opportunities and expanding existing accounts
* Monitor team delivery and ensure alignment with project goals
* Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members when needed
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
* Track performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Qualifications.
* 4–6 years of professional experience
* Proven experience leading teams
