IT Support Specialist Contract
As a key member of our remote support team, you will provide timely and effective computer and IT system support for employees across various regions. This role requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Investigate issues, identify root causes, and develop solutions to resolve system, application, and hardware problems.
 * Ensure seamless communication with customers regarding ticket progress and resolution.
 * Work collaboratively with internal teams to leverage collective knowledge and expertise in resolving complex technical issues.
 * Update the ticket tracking system accurately with status updates and resolutions.
 * Properly escalate issues to relevant stakeholders when necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
 * Associate's Degree student in Information Systems or equivalent program, or proven track record of IT experience required.
 * Strong understanding of delivering IT solutions within corporate environments.
 * Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments is highly desirable.
Additional Requirements:
 * Knowledge of centrally managed computer environments and supporting audio-visual (A/V) systems is an asset.
