Sphere is looking for a Manual QA Specialist to support the quality assurance process for a real estate technology platform serving in the U.S. This position will play a key role in ensuring the successful rollout of new features and products.
About the Role
This position is focused on manual Quality Assurance, with an initial emphasis on testing new integrations and features. Over time, responsibilities will shift toward providing support and guidance to end-users.
* Execute manual testing for new features, workflows, and integrations;
* Identify, document, and help resolve bugs and usability issues;
* Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure timely fixes and improvements;
* Create and maintain clear test cases and documentation;
* Learn and understand real estate and mortgage workflows to validate real-world scenarios;
* Provide occasional feedback on product usability from a customer perspective.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in manual QA testing and be able to work independently in a remote environment with U.S. time zone availability. Prior experience with SaaS platforms or tech solutions in real estate is preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly;
* Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken) is a must.
