Senior Project Management Role
A senior project manager responsible for governance and new demands will oversee the management of new business requirements and ongoing improvement initiatives. This includes structured prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and seamless integration into existing infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities:
* New Demand Management: Lead the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands.
* Ongoing Improvement: Drive enhancements in CFIN and PaPM processes and tools.
* Service Introduction & Transition to Operations: Ensure smooth handovers from projects to operations.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders.
* Process Standardization: Establish standardized procedures for demand management, governance, and service transitions.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on the efficiency of governance and demand management processes.
This role requires a deep understanding of IT governance frameworks, familiarity with process methodologies such as Lean 6 sigma, Green Belt, Scrum, and experience with customer success capabilities.
