* Built strong pipelines of technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies in LATAM and U.S.
* Leveraged multiple sourcing tools, such as internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.
* Evaluated applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Posted job advertisements across relevant platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
* Partnered closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
* Maintained data accuracy in the ATS and tracked recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
* Developed scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our recruiting operations in LATAM and the U.S.
Candidates will recruit LATAM-based talent for U.S.-based companies and also support U.S.-based recruiting efforts for our clients.
