Key Roles in Our High-Growth Organization
We're seeking two highly skilled HR professionals to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Take charge of recruiting and onboarding processes in BambooHR, Slack, and Google Sheets with the goal of achieving 200 hires or exits per month without any setbacks.
* Maintain real-time dashboards for time-to-fill, new-hire velocity, retention, contractor status, and other key metrics.
* Ensure data accuracy and hygiene in spreadsheets so our interim HR Director can focus on strategic planning.
* Manage our HR Zoom lobby and conduct instant interviews.
* Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) from scratch.
* Identify bottlenecks and resolve them promptly with an 'no-excuses' approach.
* Work within EST hours (core window 9 am – 6 pm ET) and drive accountability across hiring managers.
* Operate at full capacity for 40-50 hours per week; we value your ability to thrive under pressure.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting or HR in a startup or BPO environment.
* Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute.
* Flexibility with tools and automation; you should be comfortable using BambooHR, Slack, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Zapier, ClickUp/Asana, and similar platforms.
* Calmness under pressure: you should be able to handle heavy workloads and conflicting priorities without compromising results.
* Data literacy: you should be proficient in working with sheets, pivot tables, simple SQL/Looker queries, and other data analysis tools.
* Business-level English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
* PHR / SHRM-CP certification or similar; while not required, relevant certifications are valued.
