Senior IT Recruiter
We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent in the technology industry.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience. They will also have minimum 3 years of experience in direct headhunting of permanent and contract technology candidates.

Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage top talent in the technology industry
* Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job sites and databases
* Network with potential candidates
* Participate in full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments
* Coordinate and notify candidates on requirements for prospective positions
* Prepare reporting on activities and results
Qualifications:
* 5+ years in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in direct headhunting of permanent and contract technology candidates
* Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment agencies with full cycle, direct recruiting calls to candidates
* Very strong networking and relationship-building skills
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills
* 2+ years of sales support or marketing experience
* 2+ years of social media engagement, especially on LinkedIn
* IT knowledge
* Familiar with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Working experience with MS Word, CRM, or ATS systems
* 1+ years working with U.S. or Canadian markets
* 1+ years of sales experience with strong client relationship skills
