We’re looking for a skilledFullstack Developerto join our international product development group, working full-time with our local team in São Paulo!
Our platform serves companies with deskless workforces in industries like retail, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare etc. (e.g., Vivo, Coca-Cola, Chilli Beans, Unilever and many others). We help employees learn and grow on the go, whether through desktop or mobile, ensuring they stay connected to their company, no matter where they are.What You’ll Do
Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers across global teams to roll out new features quickly and improve existing ones.
Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications with full responsiveness for both desktop and mobile.
Take end-to-end ownership of features—from understanding the need to delivering production-ready code.
Build and enhance systems usingJava, Spring, React, Redux, Node.js, Mongo DB, and AWScloud services.
Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices for software development.
Use modernAI-assisted development toolsto accelerate productivity and code quality.
Support and extend product features thatleverage generative AI, such as intelligent knowledge assistants, automated content generation and more.
Work with tight schedules and changing priorities,actively seeking solutions.What We Offer

Experienced Fullstack Developer:5+ years building software products in real-world, production environments.
Tech Stack : Proficiency inJava ,Spring ,React ,Redux ,Mongo DB ,Node.js ,AWS, and CI/CD workflows.
AI Mindset:Familiar with usingAI toolsto enhance development workflows. Enthusiastic about helping buildAI-powered product featuresand curious about how AI is transforming software user interactions.
Cloud:Experience developing and operating inAWSenvironments, using services like S3, EC2, Lambda, Cloud Watch, etc.
Fluent in English:Strong communication skills in English are essential, as it is our primary working language.
Self-Starter : You’re motivated, resourceful, and capable of taking initiative—even when specifications are still being gathered.
