Responsibilities and Duties
* Organize the environment, equipment, and utensils;
* Use measurement tools correctly: recipes, scales, and other measuring instruments;
* Adapt measurements and identify ingredients;
* Prepare doughs and various types of bread, such as brioche, sliced bread, baguette, hamburger buns, sweet bread, corn bread, rolls, bagels, and other varieties;
* Supply bread: proper oven use; techniques for packaging and conserving bread.
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma completed or in progress;
Minimum of 6 months of experience preferred.
