Agile Coach
You will facilitate major ART events, manage the ART calendar, and coach teams in lean-agile principles to optimize workflow and value delivery.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Drive problem-solving and collaboration across teams
* Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in agile methodologies
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning
* IDentify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks
* Streamline the flow of value across the ART
* Manage dependencies and architectural runway
Requirements:
* Mandatory JIRA knowledge
* Salesforce knowledge is beneficial
