Job Title: Data Insights Specialist
The AdOps Data Sharing team is seeking a skilled professional to focus on building impactful datasets that meet business goals. This role will be the cornerstone of our data-driven initiatives, leveraging first and third-party platforms to create accurate and reliable tracking, spend ingestion, and data sharing ETLs across all paid marketing ad network channels and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support AdOps as a specialist in the paid marketing tech space, analyzing event data to propose platform improvements and enhance data management.
* Build data-sharing pipelines and integrations using SQL, Python, Apache Spark, and Hive.
* Identify and optimize data sources while auditing data quality to improve campaign performance.
* Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to address dataset gaps and propose solutions.
* Validate technical implementations and ensure cross-functional alignment.
* Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to guide requirements and data-sharing solutions.
* Work closely with vendor partners to align with business objectives.
* Troubleshoot issues by applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Take ownership of projects and demonstrate results through collaborative and independent work.
