In this role, you'll lead end-to-end SAP technical activities, guiding project teams to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure.
* Co-lead End-to-End SAP Technical Activities: Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned sequence.
* Lead Localization and Deployment Tasks: Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution throughout the life of the project.
* Provide Leadership and Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to other cutover business and technical team members while adhering to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
* Track and Report Progress: Monitor and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through meetings, emails, and project documents.
As a seasoned professional in SAP technical cutover management, you'll bring:
* 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong SAP Understanding: In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points.
* Hands-on Expertise: Prior experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Critical Thinking: Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred qualifications include experience with prior projects featuring successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
