Injection molding is a core process, and this role involves hands-on development, testing, and collaboration with R&D to advance capabilities.What you will doIntroduce new technologies, manage purchases, and source new materials for testing.Contribute to the implementation and optimization of infrastructure.Assemble and disassemble molds of varying materials and complexity.Operate injection molding machines as needed to produce prototypes.Assist in developing tooling required to manufacture prototypes.In the future, contribute to the development of robotic automation systems at our suppliers.Collaborate directly with the R&D team, maintaining high organization and precision.Support delivery of IoT solutions to industries worldwide.ResponsibilitiesOperate injection molding machines up to 160 tons.Assist tests on how climate and environmental factors affect part quality.Assist developing solutions from an OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) perspective; interpret technical drawings with complex GD&T and evaluate tolerances.Collaborate with Engineering on quality control and continuous improvement projects.Assemble and disassemble molds/tooling.Support maintenance and optimization of the lab’s infrastructure.Organize and maintain the laboratory environment.Manage inventory of consumables, tools, and raw materials.RequirementsHands-on experience with injection molds.Experience working with injection molding processes.Proficiency in operating injection molding machines.Proficiency in Office Suite (Word and Excel) or G Suite (Google Sheets and Docs).Bonus pointsExperience with high-temperature polymers (e.g., PEEK, PPS).Experience working with R&D teams.Experience with hot runner and valve gate molds.Reading-level English.CompensationCompetitive salary and stock optionsOptional fully funded English / Spanish courses30 days of paid annual leaveEducation and courses stipendEmployee GivingEarn a trip anywhere in the world every 4 yearsUp to R$1.000/mo for meals and remote work allowanceHealth plan with national coverageDental Insurance for treatment supportGympass and Sports Incentive: R$300/mo if you practice activitiesSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development and SalesIndustries: Software Development
